Job:
To contribute effectively towards cost leadership by
participating in regular , physical verification of stocks of
raw material, liquor, etc. Maintain inventory control, KOT and
bill control and prepare various cost reports.
Eligibility :
Commerce Graduates or Diploma holders from recognized Hotel
Management Institutes with 2-3 years of relevant experience in
costing & inventory controls. Computer literacy is a must and
experience in working with ERP software will be an added
advantage.
