PEKING DUCK WITH TRADITIONAL CONDIMENTS
Served traditionally, it is a full meal by itself for 3- 4 persons. Once you order this you would be first served with the crispy duck skin with pancakes and spring onions and a sweet sauce followed by a clear soup. You can ask the Chef to make the duck meat in a sauce of your Choice (Tsinghoi / Chillibean / Chilli oyster or plain oyster being the most preferred sauces.)
